
How does the process work ?We recognise that every relocation assigment is unique, but there are a number of common features which allow us to define a structured process ensuring that our Client finds the appropriate property with the minimum level of stress. The principal steps in the process are :
1. Requirements DefinitionIt is essential to ensure that we fully discuss our Client's requirements in great detail at the start of every assignment so that we understand exactly what they are seeking.
2. Property SearchBased on the defined requirements, we search for and locate an appropriate number of properties that we believe meets those requirements. We visit each property personally and produce an initial shortlist for our Client's consideration.
3. Presentation & SelectionWe present the shortlist to our Client through the most appropriate means and assist our to Client arrive at a preferred choice.
4. Offer & Contractual NegotiationWe assist the Client through making a formal offer on the selected property and with contractual negotiation and contract checking.
5. Arrival & Check-inJust prior to arrival, we personally check the property to ensure that it meets the agreed standards and then we're there on arrival day to help settle the Client into their new home, providing any necessary support or information.
